Now Pouring: The Holiday 2025 Drink Menu at Pond Village Pub

Our Holiday 2025 Drink Menu has officially arrived at Pond Village Pub, and it’s available now through the season. Each drink was crafted to celebrate the flavors and spirit of a Vermont winter — simple ingredients, bold character, and a touch of comfort in every glass.
Among this year’s favorites:
- The Sleighbell Smash: a bright mix of bourbon, orange, and cranberry with a lightly tart finish.
- North Pole Old Fashioned: smooth and warming, with brown sugar and orange peel for a cozy twist on the classic.
- Vanilla Snowdrift: sweet, creamy, and decadent, this winter riff on a White Russian features Stoli Vanilla, Kahlúa, and an espresso float.
- The Red-Nosed Ranger: a crisp, citrusy blend of Espolòn Blanco, cranberry, and lime — like a Paloma meeting a Cosmo.
- Sugar Shack Negroni: a Vermont nod to the classic, featuring Barr Hill Gin, maple drizzle, and bold, bitter balance.
Each cocktail is $12 and available all season long — best enjoyed fireside or shared with friends after a winter walk across the bridge.
