- Full payment is required at the time of booking for non-refundable and promotional rates.
- Standard rate bookings may be secured with a valid credit card and paid in accordance with the specific payment and cancellation policy.
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Standard rate reservations (Classic Retreat & Unwind & Stay) may be cancelled or modified FREE of charge up to 8 or more days before arrival.
- We accept all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
Property & Guest Conduct
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of up to $300 will be charged for violations.
- Only registered guests may occupy or enter guest rooms.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
